Review before entering SetFlow
This private prototype is available only after you acknowledge the access, ownership, confidentiality and beta-use terms below.
1. Complimentary 30-day trial
Access is temporary, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable. The complimentary trial lasts 30 calendar days from account activation and expires automatically.
2. Paid access after the trial
Beta services end when the 30-day trial expires unless the production owner affirmatively selects one of SetFlow’s three paid subscription tiers and authorizes recurring billing. There is no automatic charge for accepting these beta terms. The selected tier’s price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before payment authorization.
3. SetFlow ownership
SetFlow, including its name, branding, interface, workflows, features, system logic, designs, software, documentation and future versions, remains exclusively owned by Jestina Weems-Rosenduft or a company she later designates.
4. No ownership, credit or partnership
Access, testing, conversations, production experience, feedback or suggestions do not create ownership, equity, creator credit, founder credit, developer credit, partnership, employment, royalties, compensation or intellectual-property rights.
5. Feedback
Feedback and bug reports are voluntary. SetFlow may decide whether and how to use them without creating an obligation to provide payment, equity, royalties, credit or future access.
6. Confidentiality
Private links, access codes, recordings, screenshots of unreleased features, demonstrations, business plans, pricing plans, technical information and nonpublic workflows may not be shared without written permission.
7. Restrictions
You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, extract, reproduce, resell, sublicense, transfer, rebrand or commercially distribute SetFlow or its system logic, or use nonpublic beta access to build or assist a competing copy. Do not upload highly sensitive personal, banking, tax, medical or government-identification information during the beta.
8. Production content
You retain ownership of production content you are authorized to enter. You confirm that you have permission to use that information. SetFlow receives only the limited permission needed to operate the beta.
9. Beta status and human decisions
SetFlow is a beta prototype and may contain errors, interruptions, unfinished functions or inaccurate recommendations. Appropriate production leaders remain responsible for schedule, safety, payroll, transportation, location and other professional decisions.
10. Ending access
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security compromise, unauthorized sharing or attempts to copy or distribute the platform. Ownership, confidentiality, restrictions and no-partnership provisions continue after access ends.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by New York law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
12. Acceptance and beta analytics
SetFlow records your name, email, selected production role, acceptance time, trial end date and basic feature-use events so the owner can administer beta access and improve the product. Anonymous mood responses remain anonymous and are not connected to your participant record.
